Helen Chen is Global Sector Co-Head for Healthcare and Greater China Managing Partner at L.E.K. Consulting, based in Shanghai. With over 30 years of experience in consulting and industry across the U.S. and Asia, she advises companies on innovation, globalization, and market expansion in China and the region. She previously held senior roles at Genentech and Abbott, and holds an honors B.A. in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University. Her commentary has appeared in major media and industry publications, and she was named a Global Leader in Consulting by Consulting magazine in 2019.
